Theory of Human Excellence Sales Master Class

As part of the on-going introduction of the Theory of Human Excellence (THE), Terry Wilcox the founder of the theory gave a Sales Master Class Workshop for IT Executives in Bangkok, Thailand during December 2010. The participant extoled this new and revolutionary theory on how to deliver excellence, plus commended how it greatly extended their sales expertise. The course was especially tailored for ERP senior sales executives. Several Sales Directors and Business Unit Directors attended the session.

The Theory of Human Excellence (THE) is a revolutionary new way of analysing behaviour, decisions and the how humans collaborate. The THE theories can be applied to many disciplines including IT Sales and are especially appropriate for selling large value contracts through an extended sales cycle. THE is based upon the very latest neuro research covering how the brain develops, learns and formulates decisions making it extremely natural and very, very simple to adopt within the sales process. It helps Sales Executives boost performance by helping them in areas such as profiling their prospects, presenting clear and understandable sales propositions and driving the energy of the sale to facilitate the Close. THE also assists on an operational front by helping the Sales team understand all aspects required for business excellence including effort, reward and regulation. The workshop was extremely interactive specifically focusing upon the demonstration and close stages of the sales process, although many other areas were also covered.  

Nuttama Keoboonrueng, Sales Director of Triforce Global Solutions, which is a Sun and Syspro Manufacturing distributor  in Japan, Singapore, Thailand and China, who attended the workshop stated ‘THE provides a whole new way to approach strategic sales and will also be very useful to profile my prospects’. The Business Manager of Strategic Business Group, Somjit Wonglersak when asked if she would recommend THE to other IT vendors replied ‘THE is too good to share with competitors’. She also stated on her feedback form that the content was 100% original and using neuroscience within the sales process was completely new, plus that she would change her company’s sales process to incorporate the new Theory of Human Excellence techniques. The Strategic Group sell Microsoft Dynamics and POS systems in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
